Course Overview:

 

This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills required to investigate accidents and incidents in the workplace. Participants will learn about the importance of investigating accidents and incidents, the steps involved in conducting an investigation, and how to report and communicate findings. They will also learn how to identify the root cause of an accident or incident and develop strategies to prevent recurrence

Assessment:

​

Participants will be assessed through a combination of written tests and practical exercises. Participants must achieve a minimum of 70% in both the written and practical assessments to receive a certificate of completion

​

Certification:

​

Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate of completion. The certificate is valid for 3 years.

​

Prerequisites:

​

There are no formal prerequisites for this course. However, participants should have a basic understanding of English and be physically capable of operating fire fighting equipment.
