Course Overview:

 

This course provides participants with the knowledge and skills required to conduct risk assessments in their workplace. Participants will learn about the principles of risk assessment, the legal and regulatory requirements for risk assessment, and how to identify hazards and assess risks. They will also learn how to implement controls to minimize or eliminate risks, and how to develop and implement risk management plans

Assessment:

Participants will be assessed through a combination of written tests and practical exercises. Participants must achieve a minimum of 70% in both the written and practical assessments to receive a certificate of completion.

Certification:

​

Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate of completion. The certificate is valid for 3 years.

​

Prerequisites:

​

While there are no formal prerequisites for this course, participants are expected to have a basic understanding of English. Additionally, they must submit a matric certificate along with a valid ID or passport.
